Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Subsequent events have been evaluated through November 9, 2023, which is the date that the financial statements were issued. On October 18, 2023, our Board declared a special cash dividend to the Company’s Class A common stockholders in the amount of $0.15 per share and a special cash distribution to holders of LLC Units in the amount of $0.15 per unit, totaling approximately $50 million in the aggregate, to stockholders and unitholders of record as of the close of business on November 10, 2023. The special dividend and distribution will be paid on December 1, 2023.
