Note Payable Note PayableIn connection with the Hi-Power acquisition (Refer to Note 2), the Company agreed to pay an aggregate purchase price of $25,000. $5,000 of the $25,000 purchase price was paid in May 2021. The fair value of the note payable was estimated using active market quotes, based on our current incremental borrowing rates for similar types of borrowing arrangements, which were Level 2 inputs. Refer to Note 20 for definition of the fair value hierarchy. Based on the analysis performed, the carrying value of the remaining payments of the note payable was recorded as debt, which includes a current portion of $4,839 and a long-term portion of $9,177 as of June 30, 2022. As of December 31, 2021, notes payable includes a current portion of $4,926 and a long-term portion of $13,769, respectively.
