Richard Magides: Personal funds were used to purchase the shares of Class A Common Stock referred to in this Schedule 13D. We want to ensure that minority investors are afforded a voice, thereby ensuring fair treatment. We seek to prevent the sale of the company at an unreasonable price and advocate for more prudent management of the company's costs. Additionally, we appeal that Class A and Class B shares be granted equal rights. We urge the management to act in the best interests of all shareholders and to address any conflicts of interest between management and investors. Percentage of class: 18.2% As of the close of business on March 28, 2025, Zentree Investments Limited and Mr. Magides may be deemed to have beneficially owned 3,699,236 Class A Common Stock of the Issuer outstanding (see Item 5(b) below). This percentage was calculated based on 20,340,344 shares of Class A Common Stock, outstanding as of March 6, 2025, as provided by the Issuer.
