[1] Includes up to 1,086,250 Class B shares that are subject to forfeiture as a result of the underwriter’s election to partially exercise its over-allotment option (see Note 4). On October 1, 2020, the Company effected a 6-for-5 share split with respect to the Class B ordinary shares, resulting in an aggregate of 13,800,000 Class B ordinary shares issued and outstanding.
