On April 17, 2024, Guardforce AI Co., Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will be presenting at the Planet MicroCap Showcase: VEGAS 2024, which will be held at the Paris Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV, from April 30 to May 2, 2024. A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
