Solely for purposes of the reporting requirements under Section 13(f) of the Act and the rules promulgated thereunder, as a result of the corporate relationship between AFIMHC and certain of its operating subsidiaries, AFIMHC is deemed to share investment discretion with such subsidiaries with respect to Section 13(f) securities.
