Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. 

 

Resignation of Directors

 

On October 10, 2023, Ms. Gu Ting Ting submitted a letter of resignation from her position as a member of the Board of Directors of QMIS TBS Capital Group Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), to take effect immediately.  Ms. Gu has resigned to pursue other interests.  The Company’s Board of Directors accepted Ms. Gu’s resignation, and thanked her for her service to as a member of the Board of Directors the Company.

 

Ms. Gu has been a director of the Company since February 2020.

 

There were no disagreements between Ms. Gu and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices that resulted in Ms. Gu’s resignation.
