Kingsoft Cloud Announces Change to Board of Directors

BEIJING, CHINA, March 25, 2021 – Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited (“Kingsoft Cloud” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: KC), a leading independent cloud service provider in China, today announced that Mr. Shou Zi Chew has resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) and the Compensation Committee for personal reasons, effective on March 25, 2021. Mr. Shou Zi Chew’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Shou Zi Chew for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of service, and wish him all the success in his future endeavors.
