NOTE 5. RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 5. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS On September 13, 2021, a majority shareholder of the Company entered into a debt cancellation agreement with the Company. As a result of this agreement, the amount of $122,511 due to related parties has been cancelled and recorded as gain on debt forgiveness. As of September 30, 2021, amount outstanding to related parties was $nil.
