The Class B ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share (the "Class B Shares") of CITIC Capital Acquisition Corp. (the "Issuer") have no expiration date and are convertible into shares of Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share of the Issuer, as described under the heading "Description of Securities" in the Issuer's registration statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-236006). On May 7, 2020, the Reporting Person transferred 22,000 Class B Shares to Ross Haghighat, a director of Issuer, for no consideration. Segall, a director of Issuer, for no consideration. The securities are held directly by the Reporting Person.
