Concentration Risk Disclosure [Text Block]	*NOTE 12.* Major Customers** Lion Oil Trading and Transportation, LLC (“Lion”) accounted for approximately 93% and 96% of the Company’s revenues during the three months ended March 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively. Based on the current demand for crude oil and natural gas and the availability of other purchasers, management believes the loss of this major purchaser would not have a material adverse effect on our financial condition and results of operations because crude oil and natural gas are fungible products with well-established markets and numerous purchasers.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
