Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 27, 2023, Save Foods, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (the "Issuer") closed its stock exchange agreement with Yaaran Investments Ltd. and NewCo Ltd. pursuant to which the Issuer issued 1,561,051 shares of Common Stock (19.99% of its outstanding Common Stock measured as of immediately prior to the closing of the transaction) in exchange for 60.00% of the outstanding ordinary share capital of NewCo Ltd. upon its formation.
