INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING	NOTE 3. INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING Pursuant to the Initial Public Offering, the Company sold 5,750,000 Units, which includes the full exercise by the underwriter of its option to purchase an additional 750,000 Units at $10.00 per Unit. Each Unit consists of (i) one share of common stock, (ii) one redeemable warrant ("Public Warrant") and (ii) one right to receive one-tenth of one share of common stock ("Public Right"). Each Public Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of common stock at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to adjustment (see Note 7).
