Departure of Director

On January 12, 2022, Ms. Xinmei Shi, Meiwu Technology Co. Ltd.’s (the “Company”) , a director of the Company, resigned from her position to personal reasons, effective immediately. The resignation was not a result of any disagreements between Ms. Shi and the Company on any matter related to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company.
