On December 8, 2021, Tivic Health Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), will participate in the Sidoti & Company LLC Virtual Micro Cap Conference. The Company’s Chief Executive Officer is scheduled to make an investor presentation at the virtual conference at 3:15 pm Eastern Time. A copy of the investor presentation is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”) as Exhibit 99.1. The investor presentation has also been posted to the Company’s website in the “Investors” section.
