Subsequent Events	11. Subsequent Events On October 16, 2023, the Company committed to cost saving measures, including a reduction in force (the "Reduction") that resulted in a reduction of 18 positions, representing approximately 10% of the Company’s workforce. The Company undertook the Reduction to decrease its costs and create a more streamlined organization to support its operations through multiple clinical data updates expected in 2024. In connection with the implementation of the Reduction, the Company currently estimates it will incur approximately $1 million to $1.5 million in costs, consisting primarily of cash severance costs and transition support services for impacted employees, which the Company expects to recognize in the fourth quarter of 2023.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
