Subsequent Events	13. Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events through November 14, 2024, the date on which the consolidated financial statements were issued. On October 28, 2024, the Company issued a capital call of $25,423,750. On October 9, 2024, the Company declared a dividend of $0.54 per share to Stockholders of record as of October 9, 2024. On November 19, 2024, the Company intends to pay a total distribution of $4,840,695, of which $2,556,395 will be paid in cash and $2,284,300 in the form of shares.
