[1] Because there is no readily available market value for these investments, the fair value of each of these investments is determined in good faith using significant unobservable inputs by the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) as required by the 1940 Act. Interest disclosed reflects the contractual rate of First Lien Senior Secured Loan. The Company may be entitled to receive additional interest as a result of the Agreement Among Lenders (“AAL”) entered into with the First Out lender. In exchange for the higher interest rate, the Last Out portion is at a greater risk of loss.
