[1] The Company accrues interest in the amount that it estimates it will earn on its cash on deposit during the period from July 1, 2025 through February 15, 2027 and during the period from July 1, 2024 through March 31, 2026, respectively. The accrued interest relating to Forfeited Assets is included in the Forfeited Assets line.

[2] Real estate assets at June 30, 2025 consist of one single-family home subject to a life estate located in the state of Florida. Real estate assets at June 30, 2024 consist of one loan secured by properties located in the state of Ohio and one single-family home subject to a life estate located in the state of Florida.
