Pyatt Lending Company, LLC
Represents a grant to Mr. Pyatt of 38,835 restricted stock units ("RSUs"). The RSUs will vest in equal one-third increments on January 14, 2022, January 14, 2023 and January 14, 2024, based on Mr. Pyatt's continued employment through each vesting date.
