Explanation of Responses:

1. Olympic Views, LLC ("Olympic") owns 82,826 shares of common stock (the "Shares") of Harbor Custom Development, Inc. (the "Company"). By virtue of Mr. Griffin's 50% ownership interest in Olympic, Mr. Griffin was the beneficial owner of Olympic's Shares. Mr. Griffin sold 100% of his membership interests in Olympic to his partner thereby divesting himself of the Shares. The sale price for the membership interests in Olympic was comprised of the conveyance of certain real property (valued at $35,000) and a $155,000 promissory note with 4% interest and five-year term.
