Subsequent Events	Note 18. Subsequent Event On July 31, 2024, we contributed an additional 13.8 million newly issued shares of our common stock to HOA. This contribution was made to strengthen HOA’s surplus position and support the planned transition of our insurance underwriting business, including HOA, to a reciprocal exchange. See Note 8 for further information on our contributions to HOA.
