Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 13, 2024, Boundless Bio, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On May 13, 2024, the Company provided an update to its corporate presentation by posting the presentation to the Company’s investor relations website, www.investors.boundlessbio.com.
