Description of Business	1. Description of Business Nature of Business Pyxis Oncology, Inc. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, was founded in June 2018 and launched its operations in July 2019. The Company is a clinical stage oncology company executing on a development strategy designed to address unmet medical needs in patients with solid tumors with a specific focus on head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) tumors.
