Momentus Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 (the “Form 10-K”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort and expense because the Company and its auditor require additional time to prepare and review its financial statements to ensure adequate disclosure of the financial information required to be included in the Form 10-K.

Service revenue for the year ended December 31, 2024, decreased to approximately $2,114 thousand from $3,089 thousand for the year ended December 31, 2023. The Company’s net loss for the year ended December 31, 2024, increased to approximately $(34,946) thousand from $(68,920) thousand, for the year ended December 31, 2023.
