1 As of September 30, 2025, the accounts payable and other accrued liabilities included $1.7 million of the $2.3 million in loss contingency due to AWS related to a purchase obligation shortfall stemming from the AWS minimum commitment obligation that is not probable of being recovered through usage or other means.
