1 The Company identified a purchase obligation shortfall related to the AWS minimum commitment obligation that is not probable of being recovered through usage or other means, and as such recorded a loss contingency in the three months ended June 30, 2025 of $2.3 million which is included in general and administrative expense in the condensed consolidated statement of operations. As of June 30, 2025, the Company recorded amounts due to AWS of $2.3 million, of which $1.7 million is included in accounts payable and accrued expenses and $0.6 million is included in other long-term liabilities in the condensed consolidated balance sheet.
