Segment Reporting, CODM, Profit (Loss) Measure, How Used, Description The Chief Operating Decision Maker (“CODM”) was determined to be the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The CODM regularly evaluates the performance of the single reportable segment using gross profit margin as its closest measure to GAAP. Gross margin is a measure that is calculated as total revenue minus cost of goods sold, divided by total revenue. The CODM monitors this metric to assess the efficiency of the Company’s production and distribution processes, as well as the effectiveness of pricing strategies.
