Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On April 11, 2023, Ivan Seidenberg resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Perella Weinberg Partners (the “Company”), effective as of the same day. On April 12, 2023, Daniel Cohen resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective as of the same day. Messrs. Seidenberg’s and Cohen’s decisions to resign were not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
