INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXESFor the three months ended March 31, 2024, Income tax expense was immaterial. For the comparative period in 2023, the provision for income taxes was $0.1 million. The Company’s provision for income taxes differs from the federal statutory rate primarily due to the Company being in a full valuation allowance position and not recognizing a tax benefit attributable to generated losses for either federal or state income tax purposes.
