Nasdaq Stay of Suspension Request Granted

On November 22, 2022, Brooge Energy Limited (the “Company”) received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) indicating that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) had granted the Company’s request to continue trading the Company’s securities on Nasdaq beyond the automatic 15-day stay period, pending a hearing before the Panel and a final determination regarding the Company’s listing status.

On November 7, 2022, the Company requested a hearing before the Panel to appeal the delisting determination from Nasdaq staff, dated October 31, 2022, and an extension of the automatic 15-day stay of suspension from Nasdaq until the Panel issued a final decision on the matter. On November 22, 2022, the Panel notified the Company that it had granted the request to extend the stay of suspension until a final determination regarding the Company’s listing status is issued after its hearing.
