Brooge Energy Limited Appoints Firoze Kapadia as Board Member

On October 21, 2022, the Board of Directors (“Board”) of Brooge Energy Limited (the “Company”) appointed Firoze Kapadia as a Board Member of the Company. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Kapadia was the Chief Financial Officer at the Al Sayegh Group where he oversaw the preparation of consolidated financial statements and appropriate accounting policies and procedures at a group level. Mr. Kapadia was also responsible for ensuring staff technical training for the finance department.

On October 21, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing the appointment of Mr. Kapadia as a Board Member. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
