CONTENTS

Departure of Chief Financial Officer; Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer

The Company has resolved not to renew its contract with Mr. Syed Masood for his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, which was due for renewal on April 27, 2022. Accordingly, the Company has appointed Mr. Burgese Viraf Parekh as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective April 28, 2022. Mr. Parekh has previous experience in the finance and banking sector and has been working for the Company for the past four years as the Finance Manager.
