CONTENTS

 

On April 13, 2020, Brooge Energy issued a press release with an open letter to shareholders from the Chief Executive Officer providing an update on operations and Company vision. The letter also notes that, the Board of Directors, as fiduciaries of Brooge Energy Limited, has chosen to temporarily delay issuance of its first dividend, based on market condition in the best interests of the Company during this period of global economic volatility and uncertainty A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
