Dispositions	Dispositions On February 2, 2026, the Company completed the sale of its equity interests in Ocean Bio-Chem Holdings, Inc. (“OBCI”) to a third party as part of an arm’s length transaction. The Company has no continuing involvement with the third party or OBCI. The disposition was reported in our Distribution reporting segment through the date of the sale. The sale resulted in a pre-tax loss of $1.0 million recorded in the other expense (income), net in the unaudited condensed consolidated statement of operations.
