Trade receivables are comprised of the following items:

Included in the trade receivables, net balance at September 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, is an allowance for doubtful accounts of $124,505 and $215,606, respectively. Included in the tax withholding receivable, net balance at September 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021 is an allowance for doubtful accounts of $356,474. Other receivables, as of September 30, 2022, primarily consists of deferred financing costs paid in connection with the Credit Facility (Note 13), but subject to reimbursement by Verano per the terms of the Arrangement Agreement.
