FY 2021 Safety Performance 4 FY21 Results Presentation Coronado reportable safety rates below industry averages Notes: Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate (TRIFR), is the number of fatalities, lost time injuries, cases or substitute work and other injuries requiring medical treatment per million-man hours worked on a rolling 12 month basis.
