Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 9, 2021 (August 10, 2021 in Australia), Coronado Global Resources Inc. (the “Company”) filed an Appendix 4D with the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) that includes certain historical financial information for the six months ended June 30, 2021. The Appendix 4D has been prepared for the purpose of complying with the reporting requirements of the ASX. A copy of the Appendix 4D is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
On August 9, 2021 (August 10, 2021 in Australia), the Company filed an earnings release with the ASX regarding its 2021 half-year results. A copy of the earnings release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
