Note 5. Operating lease obligation

Operating leases relate to property, plant and equipment. Future minimum lease payments required under the leases are as follows:

The Company leases certain office space, warehousing facilities, equipment and vehicles under operating lease arrangements with third-party lessors. These lease arrangements expire at various times through December 2028. Total rent expense under the arrangements was approximately $1,084 and $1,061 for the three months ended March 31, 2021 and 2020, respectively.
