NOTE 3 - EQUITY	NOTE 3 – EQUITY *Common Stock* The Company has authorized 220,000,000 shares of Common Stock with a par value of $0.001 per share. Each Common share entitles the holder to one vote, in person or proxy, on any matter on which action of the stockholders of the corporation is sought. During the year ended August 31, 2019, the Company issued to fourteen (14) unrelated investors, 3,100,000 shares of common stock for $31,000. On June 19, 2020, the Company issued 1,000,000 shares of Common Stock to unaffiliated individuals, for total proceeds of $20,000. As of August 31, 2020 and 2019, the Company had 14,100,000 and 13,100,000 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding, respectively.
