NOTE 7 - COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 7 – COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES On November 17, 2021, the Company entered into an Executive Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Benjamin Kaplan whereby Mr. Kaplan was appointed as CEO of the Company (Note 4).
