3. Fair Value of Lumens

XLM is held by the Custodian on behalf of the Trust and is carried at fair value. As of June 30, 2022 and September 30, 2021, the Trust held 75,424,502.6385351 and 76,848,154.9650449 XLM, respectively.

The Trust determined the fair value per XLM to be $0.11 and $0.28 on June 30, 2022 and September 30, 2021, respectively, using the price provided at 4:00 p.m., New York time, by the Digital Asset Exchange Market considered to be the Trust’s principal market (Coinbase Pro).

- Definition

The entire disclosure for the fair value of financial instruments (as defined), including financial assets and financial liabilities (collectively, as defined), and the measurements of those instruments as well as disclosures related to the fair value of non-financial assets and liabilities.
