7. Capital Stock

As of June 30, 2019, the Company has 5,000,000 preferred shares authorized with a par value of $0.0001 and 0 preferred shares issued and outstanding. There were no preferred shares authorized as of December 31, 2018. As of June 30, 2019 and December 31, 2018, the Company has 500,000,000 common shares authorized and 23,468,750 and 17,000,000 common shares issued and outstanding, respectively, with a par value of $0.0001. Additional paid in capital is $179.2 million as of June 30, 2019 and $68.5 million as of December 31, 2018.
