Resignation of Directors

On September 29, 2020 and September 30, 2020, each of Ms. Frances F. Townsend and Mr. M. Mendel Pinson, respectively, advised SciPlay Corporation (the “Company”) that she or he, as applicable, will resign from the Company’s Board of Directors effective October 2, 2020.
