Resignation of Mr. Yanhua Sun

Mr. Yanhua Sun, a director of Yunji Inc. (the “Company”), has resigned from the board of directors of the Company due to personal reasons, effective June 9, 2020. Mr. Sun’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company. The Company is grateful for Mr. Sun’s valuable contribution to the Company during his term with the Company.
