NOTE 7 - EQUITY	During the nine months ended September 30, 2020 the Company issued 290,250 shares of common stock with a value of $55,950 for cash. During the nine months ended September 30, 2020 a $ 40,000 deposit made in connection with the investment in Top of the Line Design, LLC (See Note 10) was contributed to the Company.
