NOTE 5 - OTHER ASSETS

On November 15, 2016, the Company issued 2,500,000 shares of common stock to a related party for certain designs and assets. The assets were accounted for at the transferor’s carry over basis of $7,465 on the acquisition date, due to the transferor being in control of Evil Empire at the date of transfer. The assets are being amortized over 36 months from date of completion which was prior to the date of acquisition. As of September 30, 2020 the net value of the asset is zero.
