SUBSEQUENT EVENT	22. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On March 28, 2023, the Company entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with F&P Capital Management Company Limited, pursuant to which the Company agreed to sell an aggregate of 4,000,000 ordinary shares, par value $0.01 per share, at a purchase price of $0.70 per share.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
