3. INVENTORY  

Inventory consisted of the following as of December 31, 2021 and June 30, 2022:

The Company’s inventory on-hand is held either with Amazon or the Company’s other third-party warehouses. The Company does not have any contractual right of returns with its contract manufacturers. The Company’s inventory on-hand held by Amazon was approximately $8.4 million and $14.0 million as of December 31, 2021 and June 30, 2022, respectively.
