3. INVENTORY  

Inventory consisted of the following as of December 31, 2020 and June 30, 2021:

The Company’s Inventory on-hand is held either with Amazon or the Company’s other third-party warehouses. The Company does not have any contractual right of returns with its contract manufacturers. The Company’s inventory on-hand held by Amazon was approximately $5.3 million and $13.2 million as of December 31, 2020 and June 30, 2021, respectively.
